Explore drypoint etching and how to combine it with other printmaking techniques with Monika Lukowska. Scratching and incising into plastic plates, you'll experiment with selective wiping, stencil printing to create a series of prints. You'll also learn how to add colour using chine-collé and watercolour monotype.
This workshop is perfect for beginner printmakers as well as more experienced artists who want to add new skills to their toolkit.
Monika is a printmaking artist and academic from Poland currently based in Perth. She works as a sessional academic and research assistant at Curtin University, is a Print Council of Australia Representative for Western Australia and a co-founder of Print Lab Australia. See more of her work here.
