CLASSROOM 3

Perfect for our drawing and painting classes, the room is equipped with easels, boards, and some furniture.
It’s also air-conditioned and has ceiling fans for added comfort.

CLASSROOM 5
This spacious classroom boasts beautiful wood floors and an abundance of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
It’s equipped with a stainless-steel sink and ceiling fans.
The room also connects to Classroom 7 through a convenient connecting door.

CLASSROOM 7
This spacious classroom features beautiful wood floors and is filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
It’s equipped with a stainless-steel sink, ceiling fans, and the original school blackboard, adding a touch of charm and history.
The room also connects to Classroom 5 through a convenient connecting door.

COLAB SPACE
This roomy, carpeted space is equipped with both air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment.
It’s ideal for general meetings and activities that don’t require a messy setup.

DANCE REHEARSAL STUDIO
Located just behind the Auditorium, it is equipped with mirrors, a movable bar, and a blackboard, offering plenty of space for rehearsing and teaching.
To preserve the special sports flooring, the use of furniture is limited.
The room connects to a green room, complete with a large stainless-steel sink and an accessible toilet for added convenience.
The space is also air-conditioned for optimal comfort.

AUDITORIUM
This spacious auditorium features beautiful wood floors and raked seating, accommodating up to 142 people.
The room is air-conditioned and can be fully darkened with the installed roller shutters, creating the perfect atmosphere for any event, day or night.
It is equipped with stage lighting, a sound system, and a projector with a screen to enhance your presentation.
*Please note, the hire fee covers the Auditorium only. If you require additional rooms, kindly let us know.

FUNCTION ROOM
This spacious, open room features beautiful wood floors and is framed by blackout curtains, offering flexibility for various setups.
It includes a bar that leads into the communal kitchen, and the bar can be easily repositioned or removed upon request.
The room connects to the kitchenette through a convenient door, making it easy to access.
For comfort, the space is air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans.

MEETING ROOM
This spacious room features carpeted floors and a large oval board table that comfortably seats 22 people.
There are an additional 6 armchairs available, with more chairs can be provided upon request.

STUDIO SPACES
The studios are available for full-day or half-day hire during our regular opening hours. Please note, they require a special induction and are reserved for experienced artists only.
CERAMIC STUDIO
This room is available for hire by individuals with ceramics experience who have completed an equipment induction.
It features 8 wheels for use, though please note the kiln is not available for public use. Clay must be provided by the user.

PRINT STUDIO
This studio is available for hire by individuals with printmaking experience who have completed an equipment induction.
It is fully equipped with 3 etching presses (660 x 1000mm, 660 x 1300mm, 910 x 1830mm), a large work table, drying racks, a stainless-steel sink, rollers, squeegees, and silk screens. Just bring your own paper and ink to get started.

COMMUNAL SPACES
These spaces are available to all venue hirers, artists in residence, and staff at any time, unless reserved for a special event.
THE COURTYARD
Our peaceful, shaded courtyard is available as a relaxing breakout space during your booking.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is available for general use and is equipped with a microwave, fridge, filtered tap, hot water tap, two sinks, as well as cutlery, crockery, mugs, and glasses.
