MAC InC. WORKSHOP PROGRAM ENROLMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONCESSIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discounts on courses are only available to current MAC Inc. financial members.
Members receive 10% off workshops and such discounts are not transferable.
Discount only redeemable at time of purchase and cannot be retrospectively refunded.
ENROLMENTS
Full payment must be made upon enrolment. Places cannot be held without payment.
No pro-rata payments are permitted if the student cannot attend all classes.
All children under the age of 7 years are to be accompanied by an adult.
PARTICIPANTS ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND WHEN
A course is cancelled by MAC Inc.
A course is rescheduled by MAC Inc. and you are unable to attend on the new date.
MAC Inc. is notified prior to the start of a course that for medical reasons the participant is unable to attend. A medical certificate is required.
MAC Inc. is notified prior to the start of a course that a participant has been instructed to isolate due to COVID.
PARTICIPANTS ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND LESS THE 20% ADMINISTRATION FEE WHEN
Withdrawing from a course eight (8) or more days prior to the workshop start date.
NO REFUNDS OR SUBSTITUTE CLASSES WILL BE OFFERED IF
Withdrawing seven (7) or fewer days prior to the workshop start date.
The participant is absent from a class.
The participant fails to comply with conditions of entry.
If the participant is unable to attend they may transfer the place to a friend. Please contact us before the workshop to arrange the name change.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Participants must comply with the Mundaring Arts Centre Inc. COVID Safety Plan.
VIRTUAL COURSES
Login details for virtual courses cannot be shared.
Virtual courses will be hosted via Zoom. Participants must test their computer, tablet or smartphone for Zoom compatibility prior to the start of a virtual course. Test your Zoom connection online at zoom.us/test and should an issue arise please seek support via Zoom.
Participants must acknowledge and accept that MAC Inc. cannot be held responsible for any technical problems encountered such as:
The operation of the internet including but not limited to viruses
Failures of audiovisual links and equipment
