Deborah Ralph-Kafarela is calling for donations of sleeping bags, doonas, blankets and other essential items as part of her upcoming artist in focus Multa Plenty from 21 June - 9 August at Midland Junction Arts Centre.

Taking a pragmatic social art approach, Ralph-Kafarela recognises our abundance, emphasising that there is more than enough to go around. Working to challenge cultural values and address equality and displacement, Deborah will work with the Midland community to develop works that explore inclusion.

Items needed: sleeping bags, doonas, blankets, shampoo, conditioner, soap, shaving cream, shaver and feminine hygiene items.

Donations can be delivered to Midland Junction Arts Centre between 21 February and 21 June.
Wed - Fri 10am - 5pm, Sat 11am - 3pm.
Do not leave items outside during unstaffed hours; items will be disposed of due to security reasons.

Donations will be distributed to homeless/rough sleepers by StreetFriends and DreamBuilders after the project.
