As part of Mental Health Week, we are delighted to present; Kintsugi: "Tiles for Hope.''
This 2.5hr workshop is designed to inspire participants to empower themselves in a safe and supportive environment. Allow oneself to be seen, heard and embrace their authentic self while exploring the art of Kinstugi. This ancient technique is a powerful metaphor for healing.
Facilitator: Ania Gett-Skibinska is an experienced peer supporter with a deep focus on work overcoming sadness, grief and a passion to journey towards finding happiness and peace in life.
This workshop will tap into childhood dreams and express these desires through an altered process of Kinsugi. Participants will be guided through the practice and philosophy of the ancient artform to embrace life’s challenges, cultivate resilience and transform through Kintsugi.
