Clay Birdhouses with Lee Woodcock
Local ceramicist Lee Woodcock will be showing us how to hand-build our very own clay birdhouse. With four walls, a roof and a little perch to sit on, this cosy home can be hung from a tree in your backyard. We’ll be using leaves and flowers from the garden to imprint and colourful clay slips to decorate. All materials and firing included.

Hand-Printed Plants with Carly Lynch
Create prints and a zine in this exciting flora-inspired school holiday workshop with Carly Lynch. Carly will show you how to draw a range of plants and translate these into bright and delicate artworks, which you can print by hand! You will also get to make a mini-zine (book) that you can use as to print all your plants when you get home.

Painting Wildlife with Jae Criddle
Thursday’s Art Club invites you to get to know some of the animals on our State’s Threatened Species List in this painting workshop with artist and Illustrator Jae Criddle. Jae will show you how to draw and paint a range of interesting animals such as Blue Whales, Bilbies, Quokkas, Hairy Marron, White-bellied Frogs and Black-footed Tree-rats. Paint, pencils, and cartridge paper will be provided.

Self-Portraits with Gabby Loo
Create your own character self-portrait with artist and illustrator Gabby Loo. Not your everyday portrait, Gabby will show us how to make a personality jump off the page using pencils, ink, watercolours and double sided foam tape.
