Hirer’s RESPONSIBILITIES

IMPORTANT INFORMATION before CONTINUING

  • Midland Junction Arts Centre (MJAC) is staffed Tuesday - Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am - 3pm. All bookings outside of these hours will require the Hirer to attend a venue hire induction and pay a bond.

  • MJAC staff are not available to assist with activities associated with bookings such as setting up, packing down or AV technical assistance. Please ensure you have adequate personnel to assist and ensure a suitable representative is available to invigilate the space whilst being used.

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and full payment is required before booking commences.

  • The Hirer must read and agree to the General Condition of Use.
